Stress-free goal setting - EFT style!
May 2013
It’s a curious fact that so many of us set goals that we never reach. Maybe we lose interest and move on to other things. Or we decide it’s too much trouble or that it’s simply not possible for us to achieve what we want. EFT gives us a very efficient way of checking to see whether the goals we’ve set are appropriate for us and indeed whether we actually want to achieve them. By asking a few simple questions and ‘tapping’ on any limiting beliefs that arise from the answers, we can set more realistic goals and goals that we actually feel excited about achieving. If you already use a coaching or goal-setting method for yourself or your clients, incorporate EFT and watch your results improve!

Quantum physics and the mystics
June 2012
Mystics of all traditions have for centuries been intuiting that reality is not as it seems, espousing such ideas as everything in the universe is an interconnected whole and that reality is in fact a projection of our minds. Scientists, working in the Western reductionist model, have long scoffed at these ideas. That is until quantum physics came along. The quantum physicists’ astounding discoveries are forcing us to question what we think we know and are finding that the mystics may have been light years ahead of the scientists. In this article, I show how we can take these concepts and use them to lead more empowered, fulfilled lives.
May 2012
In the Western world, the values of production, materialism and consumption have served us well in terms of raising living standards. However, our excessive focus on ‘doing’ has led to imbalance in that we no longer know how to just be – we may even feel guilty when we’re not being productive. There is energy and wisdom in being so it’s time we reclaimed this valuable state of mind.
